Clinician
I am a Counselor In Training under the supervision of Anna Alvarez, LMFT, and am working to obtain my Master’s of Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Liberty University’s School of Behavioral Sciences in May of 2026. I aim to support diverse populations, such as kids, adolescents, and young women experiencing grief, anxiety, life transitions, women’s issues, and eating disorders. I desire to equip clients with the tools they need to handle life's biggest challenges. It is my hope that I can make a positive progressive impact while actively guiding clients in finding joy and fulfillment in their unique circumstances.
I utilize a variety of modalities and techniques to fit individual client needs. Primarily, I implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered approaches while integrating psychoeducation and neuro-informed techniques. I also find joy in being able to integrate Christian beliefs through a combination of clinical techniques and Biblical Principles with clients who desire a faith-based approach to healing.
