Clinician
As a bilingual (Spanish and English) Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I am dedicated to providing culturally competent care to a diverse population, addressing a wide range of challenges that individuals face throughout their lives. My professional experience includes working extensively with adult men navigating complex issues such as grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, family conflict, and addiction. In particular, I have cultivated significant expertise in supporting individuals struggling with pornography addiction, offering a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore the root causes of their behaviors and develop healthier coping mechanisms.
Witnessing clients achieve relief, freedom, and personal growth in this area has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.
Additionally, I have a passion for assisting individuals in managing life transitions and creating a more balanced and fulfilling life. Whether clients are adjusting to changes in relationships, career shifts, or other significant milestones, I strive to provide the tools and guidance necessary for them to thrive. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a dual concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Clinical Counseling, which has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of evidence-based practices and a strong foundation in addressing the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families.
Through my therapeutic approach, I am committed to fostering a collaborative, empathetic, and solution-focused environment where clients feel empowered to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
